Now that i have your attention (hi), i need some information.
I know i haven't submitted anything for a while and i'm working on a few. One of them is a Firefly comic, but i wanted input from the people who would be seeing it.

Who are your favorite Firefly characters? I know that everyone has their favorite and people that they feel a connection with. So give me some feedback. Who do you like and what would you like to see (nothing dirty, please)? i like doing funny stuff and cross-overs are the best.

I'm also working on a commission or two and if the people give me the permission, i'll post them.

Needless to say, Harry Potter RULES.....not that i don't still love Firefly, Star Wars, and Smallville....
Now that i'm finished with the last book (don't worry, i won't spoil anything) I'm going back through and reading all the others again. Now that i know more about the story behind the story, a lot more makes sense. I love the books to death.
I went with some friends to see Order of the Phoenix in an Imax theater, but it wasn't the kind of theater i remember. When did they change the Imax theaters from the huge round domes to just a really big screen?
I'm still trying to come up with some ideas for the Firefly/Star Wars comics. I love drawing them and Han owning Serenity has such potential

Well, i hope everyone is having a good weekend. Me, i'm working on a drawing of Luna Lovegood now that my commissions are done and planning a Halloween party with a friend. I'd love to go as Mrs. Weasley, but i can't crochet or find a thrift store near by. There's also a Renaissance Faire coming up soon! It'll be my first and i can't wait!!!!

Okay, I think the title says it all. I'm accepting commissions. There are only five slots open at the moment, considering the other projects I’m working on. But I’m looking for people with some good ideas, including caricatures, chibis, fan art, and portraits. As you can probably tell, I enjoy doing genre cross-overs: something like a cartoon character doing their grocery shopping [link] or people dressed in the costume of their favorite character .


My preferred size is 11x14, but may vary depending on the picture. Drawing will be done in Photoshop Elements 3.0 (400 psi) and saved in jpeg format – emailed in original size (which is huge). If you want an actual print, I can offer them up to 13x19 size on high gloss photo paper and they are available for shipping in the US only. A full sketch with background is only $40. If more than two people are in the picture, it’s $5 for additional faces. I work through Paypal only.

After a short shopping spree at Michael's, my Prismacolor pencil collections has grown considerably! I've been in such a mood for doing portraits lately. They're not as fun as caricatures, but they can come out so much better. i hope nobody minds a bunch of portraits!
I would normally be drawing whatever i'm most interested in at the time, but lately it's been Stephen King books...and i'm not much for gore. I've just recently finished The Shining and The Stand, which i've been listening to on audio book during road trips. So now interstates are synomious with plague and murder in my mind...i don't think that's a good thing.
